This website is operated by baa atelier, the studio of Baha Irs ([Legal entity name and state of formation pending: Baha to confirm]). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The site shows our work, our finishes and the way we work. Descriptions, photographs, budget ranges and timelines are for general information. They are not a quote, an offer or a promise of a particular result, price or schedule. Every project is agreed in its own written contract, and that contract, including any signed change orders, is what governs the work.

Hand-applied finishes vary by nature: color, movement and texture differ from one wall to the next, from samples and from photographs, and change with light. How long a finish lasts depends on its use, its care and the surface beneath it.

Pieces shown in the Collection, such as designer lighting, are offered by enquiry and subject to availability. A listed price is not an offer to sell until we confirm the sale with you in writing, including any tax, delivery and condition details. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, each piece is sold in the condition stated in its listing and confirmed at the time of sale.

The photographs, text, designs and other content on this site belong to the studio or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without written permission. Names of other businesses, designers and suppliers are used only to identify them and their work.

Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading enquiries;
• try to get into parts of the site, the portal or our systems you are not authorized to use;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or scrape it with automated tools.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, and nothing here changes what a signed project contract says.
